Terms
These terms cover the public site at drellon.com and the invite-only application behind it. A written agreement signed with Drellon governs where it and these terms disagree.
What Drellon is, and what it is not
Drellon is decision-support technology for the compute supply chain. It organises evidence into verified facts, effective-dated authority, approved rules and recorded decisions, so that a decision can be reviewed and replayed.
Drellon is not a tax adviser, a law firm, an accounting firm, a filing or remittance service, or a billing engine. Nothing it produces is legal, tax or accounting advice. Jurisdiction-specific positions are reviewed by qualified professionals, and a position is only ever as good as the review recorded against it.
The system is built so that it cannot pretend otherwise. Models may extract, retrieve and draft, always labelled as such; they may never verify a fact, approve a rule, approve a decision, invent a source or a number, or default to "no tax". Anything the system cannot support from verified facts and approved rules fails visibly rather than quietly.
Access is by invitation
Drellon is invite-only. Submitting the access form is a request, not an account, and it creates no entitlement to access. We may decline a request, and we may withdraw access, without giving a reason.
If you are invited, the invitation link is personal to the address it was sent to. Keep it and your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what is done under your account.
Demonstration workspaces
A demonstration workspace holds synthetic content — invented companies, invented documents and invented authority — so that the product can be shown without anyone's real facts. It is illustrative only. Demonstration content is not advice, does not describe your circumstances, and cannot be cited in a live workspace.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it to produce the results you asked for, and show it to the people you have granted access to. We do not use it to train or tune models, and we do not use it for another customer.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for what you do with what the product produces.
Sharing
A decision pack can be shared with a named external recipient through a share grant created by someone in your workspace. A grant is revocable and expires; revoking it ends the recipient's access. Do not treat a share link as a secret you can afford to publish.
Availability and change
This is an early product being built with design partners. It changes often, it may be unavailable, and features may be added or removed. We will tell workspace admins about changes that matter to how their decisions are recorded.
